I am Alexandra Molnár from Hungary, I've just found your website and would ask you a theoretical question. Along with a friend we are writing a movie script in which we mention Nicola Tesla. Here is my question:

Could have Tesla recorded vioce (or if not than any other kind of information) on a glassball?

Ányos Jedlik developed a 'lattice distributor machine' driven by a dinamo in the 1860's, so carving glass (a special coating of glass) was an existing technique by that time. Could Tesla somehow record voice and play it back with any device? How about a sphere shaped glass?

Thank you in advance for taking time with your respond,
Alexandra

While recording sound and voice into almost any substance is possible,(the technology to do so is used in the common ipod) there is no evidence to my knowledge of Tesla working in this field...... you should contact Brad Scott at wildbranchministries.com for more information pertaining to the scientist working in this field.
Best of luck in your endeavor,
God bless

Thanks for the info, but I have read the page and it does not seem to me dealing with science. However, neither on the contact page, nor anywhere on the site I could not find Brad Scott...

I apologize, I should have been more specific. You can contact Brad Scott this email: brad@wildbranch.org   He will give you names and such of modern scientists in the field of recording frequencies into natural objects. Mr. Scott often uses such examples in his work.....He may take awhile to reply seeing as he is in Israel giving a tour at present but he will get back to you as swiftly as possible.
