I want review of readers on the forum.

I came to Nikola Tesla Secret during google.

I want to try this one and I am eager to know more about the book and theory as at first look its impressive.

Is anybody have idea or anyone have read this?

This is a scam. It has appeared in several forms over the last couple of years. This device picks up man made electricity from radio waves (similar to a crystal radio) not radiant energy from the sun as implied.  I would suggest against purchasing it, but that's my opinion. If it did work I would think you could find conclusive evidence other than a few personal testimonies.

As it is grounded only, it cannot be said that it takes the energy from the air waves. Everything is detailed in the description.

All the excellent job this French Jean-Louis NAUDIN is doing is sometime very close with the Tesla inventions.

I went to see this man, and what he shows in his website is exactly what he really gets by his own experimentation.
