Last Friday night (5-22-09), I had the pleasure of assisting Dr. Austin Richards during a filming of “All Jacked Up!” a series showing on the Country Music Channel. Dr. Richards, assuming the role of Dr. Megavolt reprised his popular electric show for C. Thomas Howell, the show’s host and a studio audience.
Wearing a high voltage safety suit of his own design, Dr. Megavolt rode bicycles, squirted saltwater and caused wood to burst into fire while his Tesla coil tossed 15 foot bolts with ease. A great time was had by all and I’m sure this episode with be a favorite with “All Jacked Up!” fans.
